Clothing Bulk Production Process
How is the bulk production process of clothing production?
I know many of you are very curious about it. We're going to cover the entire process meaning pattern making, grading, cutting, to sewing and finishing. So you guys are really able to know about the entire process of the operation. Some of you may think it is almost success if the manufacture do a very good sample for you, but actual there are still many things which need to be take care.
all the patterns are created and actually developed and from here, we start grading on the sizes right, When you approve the sample size, don't worry about you don't have specification sizeļ¼our professional pattern maker will set for you the good size grading according to the sample.
We establish the correct base size and fit first and then we would grade from there.
And after the pattern done, they'll upload it to the computers on the pattern printer, and then they'll just drop paper on top and cut the pattern. They'll come and check the hard pattern to the paper.
When plotting a marker on computer, basically what they are checking is the consumption of the fabric so once he's put all the pieces in there, he has to go through and make sure that the number of pieces add up to the amount of cuts, you don't want to leave out a sleeve or something.
Then Next step is cutting.
Before we cutting and sewing with fabric, we have to make sure that the fabrics are in the good condition.
So there will be a professional machine which is function as the QC for fabrics. Check out there are no loose thread, no pucker. Besides, it also do the shrinkage treatment to fabric. This step is very important which make sure the garment won’t shrink after washing.
Then our cutter will operate the machine to cut the fabric according to the pattern. It is very sharp so the cutting edge is very clear.
Once all the patterns are cut out, they are sewn up together. During the sewing process for production, each worker is assigned a specific task and once it reaches the last person, the garment is fully completed. The peculiarity of our production line here is that we have different production line. When patterns are cut out, we will allocate them to different production line. All of you guys know that we accept small order production, so we did some revolution that created special one-piece flow production line. That is to assign a team with one style.
After sewing, the garment will face its first Quality inspection, and defective one will be return and rework.
After the first quality inspection, It is turn for finial quality control. To make sure that everything was sewn up perfectly. There's no loose threads or anything that's going to cause a return or a bad product. They will do some ironing, trimming, adding the swing tags and packaging.
After every things are inspected. It is ready to be shipped to customers around the world.
